Yes it is and you don't have to pay for a "Plus" account like you do on Yahoo. Just finished doing this and I'm getting rid of my Yahoo mail account because I can't pop it with Windows mail on my computer like I can with Gmail. Yahoo screwed up on this one. They get enough from advertising but want to charge for Mail plus just so we can use Outlook not to mention all the tracking cookies that pop up everytime you sign on to Yahoo. Big blunder on their part.
